Karibu (welcome) to Red Rad Republik! We’re absolutely thrilled that you’re thinking of us for your child’s educational adventure! We can’t wait to team up and explore how we can make this happen. Our application process is like a treasure hunt, guiding us to uncover each learner’s unique story, their past escapades, strengths, and the best ways to help them soar on their educational quest and beyond!
Admission to RRR is a beacon of inclusivity, welcoming all aspiring learners aged 11 and above, irrespective of race, gender, religion, ability, or national and ethnic heritage. We invite applications from those eager to embrace a highly personalized, learner-centered approach, designed to help them reach their loftiest dreams and prepare them for the journey into adulthood. We particularly encourage neurodivergent learners—those with autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and other identified mild to moderate learning needs—to join us, as our tailored methods have yielded remarkable success for such individuals.

Ready to dive into our world? If you’ve scoured our website and are buzzing with excitement to apply, just fill out the online enrollment form and hit submit! Make sure you’ve ticked all the boxes on those must-fill fields and attached the necessary documents. Check out the handy section below for a document rundown. A complete application consists of the following documents:
- A duly completed and signed application form
- A copy of an identification document, such as a birth certificate or the bio-data page of a passport.
- A current passport-sized photograph, capturing your essence.
- A leaving certificate or report from the most recent school attended; this is optional for families that are currently homeschooling.
- The latest report cards or assessments from the most recent school; it is advisable to present at least three recent cards or a variety of documents reflecting different ages and stages within your child's learning journey. This, too, is optional for homeschooling families.
- A psycho-educational testing report for learners identified as neurodivergent or with specific learning needs. If such a report is not at hand, fret not! Should our assessment deem it necessary, we will guide you to a specialist who can provide one.
- Any other relevant educational documents such as IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) or others if available.
- Proof of payment for the application fees. This non-refundable fee can be fulfilled through mobile money, a banker’s check, or a bank transfer – cash or personal checks are not accepted.
- A signed commitment to our educational philosophy.
- For those seeking a bursary, a duly completed and signed bursary request form.
- If applying for a bursary, a copy of your most recent income tax return, certified by your employer, will be required for both parents or guardians of the learner.
Scheduling a free consultation and discovery day to gather more wisdom
This is a preliminary step for individuals who are considering applying or are simply curious or intrigued about the possibility of enrollment. Additionally, it caters to those who, despite reviewing all the information available on our website, still feel hesitant to proceed. Entrance assessment
All applicant learners are assessed in our core subjects - Math, English, Science, and Social Studies. In addition, we actively engage with them through their assessment journey by including them in our daily social, wellness, and enrichment activities. Following the assessments, we meticulously analyze the results, as it is vital for us to be certain that there is a good match between our learning environment and the learner’s unique needs. We also involve the learner and his/her parents by gathering their thoughts on the process and their overall experience with Red Rad Republik over the assessment period. Typically, within five working days of completing the assessments, we provide feedback, often accompanied by the comforting assurance that RRR aligns beautifully with your child's learning needs. It is important to note that enrollment is subject to our thorough entrance assessments, ensuring we can craft an appropriate program tailored to a learner’s needs. These assessments unfold over the span of one week—Monday through Friday—within the welcoming embrace of the RRR learning hub.
Admissions decision
We strive to embrace every consultation inquiry and application with open arms. Should a learner's admission to RRR prove elusive, it is likely due to one or more of the following reasons:
- The learning hub has reached its full capacity for those desiring the full-time, in-person, one-on-one option; applicants are welcome to request placement on the waitlist for this and/or take up an online learning spot - we have more capacity for this option.
- The learner has severe learning needs that RRR cannot meet; however, we pride ourselves on providing learner-centered instruction for ALL our learners, enabling those with mild to moderate learning challenges and/or neurodivergent conditions to flourish within our nurturing environment.
- Other considerations may arise, deemed to be in the best interest of both the school and the learner, as determined by our dedicated admissions team.
We accept those learners we believe can thrive within our vibrant array of daily therapeutic, academic, and recreational offerings, contingent upon the availability of space in our sanctuary. Please be aware that, although many seekers apply for enrollment, our openings for the full-time in-person option are limited, as we are dedicated to nurturing a close-knit, high-quality community of learners.
